Complex issues faced by our customers demand continuously our creativity and attention.
The new extension of LogoS MFS (material flow control system) now enables smooth order and transport processing in any traditional high bay facility without additional investments in rail-guided high bay warehousing systems (HBW). The basic idea of this tool is the use of automatic high-rack stackers, which are digitally controlled and coordinated within LogoS MFS. In a radio or WLAN-supported communication environment, single stacker cranes or a complete fleet of forklifts autonomously take over all driving orders, which are optimized thanks to pre-defined storage, relocation or picking settings. The transition zones of HBWs designated for storage and picking orders can be equipped both, traditionally or by automated conveyor technology.
The hybrid structure of LogoS MFS allows a high number of applications to provide the goods at the right time, in the required quantities and at the desired location in nearly all warehouse structures. All material and information flows are monitored in real time and are displayed graphically in the interactive MFS dashboard. Detail views are available by mouse click, structured with drill-down philosophy, which allows anytime deeper insights whether it is about the entire system, its utilization or the individual status of storage bins, routes, switches and transportation equipment.
